Converting Your CS2 Sensitivity to Valorant — The Right Way

📅 2024-12-204 min read🏷 Sensitivity

The multiplier between CS2 and Valorant is 3.18. But there's more nuance than a single number — here's the full conversion guide with examples.

If you're coming from CS2 (or CS:GO), converting your sensitivity to Valorant is straightforward — but getting it exactly right requires understanding the underlying math.

The Formula

Valorant Sensitivity = CS2 Sensitivity × (0.022 / 0.07) Valorant Sensitivity = CS2 Sensitivity × 0.3143

Or equivalently: CS2 Sens ÷ 3.18 = Valorant Sens

Examples

- CS2 1.0 → Valorant 0.314 - CS2 1.5 → Valorant 0.472 - CS2 2.0 → Valorant 0.629 - CS2 2.5 → Valorant 0.786 - CS2 3.0 → Valorant 0.943

Why 3.18?

CS2 uses a yaw value of 0.022°/count, while Valorant uses 0.07°/count. Dividing 0.07 by 0.022 gives 3.18 — the ratio by which Valorant sensitivity is 'stronger' per unit.

Scoped/ADS Sensitivity

Valorant's scoped sensitivity is separate and defaults to 1.0 (same as hipfire). CS2 zoom sensitivity defaults to 1.0 too. No conversion needed for scoped unless you used a custom value.
